Policies

As of April 1, 2021 We now require all pets to maintain a schedule of 16 weeks( 4 months) or less. This includes both dogs and cats
Extra Large Coated dogs are required to maintain an 8 week or less schedule.
We do not groom pregnant pets, we ask that if your female is in the height of their heat we are informed in advance
We quote 3-4 hours for all dog grooming services and 30-60 mins for all cat grooming services
All dogs are required to enter the salon on leash and cats to be safely secured in a carrier
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are subject to a 50% charge of grooming services. If canceling for a tuesday appointment we must be notified by 3pm on the Saturday prior as we are closed Sundays and Mondays; messages will not be checked other than during business hours
It is recommended that all pets have their vaccinations and that dogs have parasite (flea, lice, and tick) prevention regularly
Fleas, Lice or Ticks found on a pet requires immediate pickup, grooming fees paid and additional cleanup fees charged
We do not allow pets to roam freely in the salon, all pets are kenneled for their safety and we do not allow for direct contact with one another unless they are from the same household
